The Swiss company Sulbana AG, which manufactures food and hygiene equipment, has acquired Antti Lindfors Oy, an innovative Finnish company manufacturing high-quality dairy and food technology. The two companies decided to join forces after cooperating closely for about three years before the acquisition.
“The integration of Antti Lindfors Oy’s manufacturing expertise perfectly complements our established strengths in development and design, project engineering and customer care. We are sure that with our new team we will be able to offer our customers the best solutions,” says Andreas Hugi, President of Sulbana AG.
Antti Lindfors Oy was founded 25 years ago and is based in Kauhajoki, western Finland, where it employs 55 staff. According to Sulbana, the proven management and workforce of Antti Lindfors Oy will remain unchanged but the company name will be changed to Sulbana Oy.
Sulbana aims to grow its business especially in central and southern Europe. Sulbana’s products include cheese technology products, personal hygiene and low pressure foam cleaning equipment, hose reels, hoses, and packaging technology products as well as spare parts and service.
