Ascom acquires Finnish healthcare communication company Miratel

Acquisition based on Miratel's market leading position for nurse call systems, communication and personal security systems for hospitals and care facilities in Finland.

Miratel will now become part of the Ascom Wireless Solutions Division and form the core of the Wireless Solutions business in Finland. Ascom has been the market leader in Finland in personal safety systems and a significant supplier of wireless telephone systems.
