Ur&Penn to open 60 watch and fashion stores in Finland

Swedish watch and fashion chain Ur&Penn plans to conquer the Finnish market in less than five years.

The Swedish watch and fashion chain Ur&Penn has opened its first store in Finland at the Trio shopping centre in Lahti. According to Ayad Al Saffar, CEO of Klockgrossisten i Norden AB which acquired Ur & Penn in 2002, the chain is planning to establish at least 60 stores around Finland. Acquisitions are also possible as the company aims to conquer the Finnish market in less than five years.

Ur&Penn specialises in fashionable watches and jewellery at affordable prices. According to Ur&Penn, the company has the widest selection of watches in the Nordic countries as well as the best store locations and service. Klockgrossisten designs watch brands such as Regal, Axcent of Scandinavia and Jet Set which are also sold around the world.

Ur&Penn currently has 89 stores in the Nordic countries and is currently looking for new partners in Finland.
