Opportunities in this refinery complex exist for setting up a chemical recycling plant, for example. The village, which is a pioneer in future waste management, processes annually 100,000 tons of mixed waste through an automated sorting plant, a plastic refinery and a bio-refinery. The site has 2–24 ha of readily available zoned land.
