Hong Kong/Finland: Governments renew partnership in ICT

Finland and Hong Kong have renewed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to continue their partnership in information and communications technology (ICT).

Collaboration can take the form of investment and technology partnerships, commercial and industrial exchanges, facilitating technology development efforts, promoting educational and talent development, and policy and regulatory information exchanges.

The Governments of Hong Kong and Finland first signed their ICT pact in 2000, then renewed it in 2005. Since then, the two governments have been exchanging ICT best practices and lessons learned through organised mutual visits and exchange programmes.
