The national output of the Finnish economy increased by 8% in February 2011 compared to the same period one year ago, according to Statistics Finland. This continues the brisk growth from January 2011, when the national output grew by 7.3%.
Preliminary data shows that in February 2011 Finland’s primary production increased by 9%, processing by about 11%, and services by 7% compared to February 2010. The national output also increased by 0.4% in February 2011 compared to January 2011.
