Finland’s national output grew by 4.1% in January

Services drive fast growth in the Finnish economy.

Primary production consisting of agriculture, forestry and fishing, also enjoyed 4% growth. Secondary production, including manufacturing and construction, remained on level with the previous year. Seasonally adjusted output fell by 0.7% in January 2012 from the month before.

The total output of the Finnish economy grew by 2.9% in December and 1.6% in November.
