New underground spa planned for the Helsinki city centre

Construction company SRV is looking for a company to run the spa.

Located in underground premises below the Hotel Presidentti in the Kamppi district of Helsinki, construction work on the new spa is expected to start in 2012 and be completed by the end of 2014. Finnish construction company SRV is currently looking for a company to run the spa in this prime city centre location.

According to SRV, the recession held up the development of the spa but the project is now back on track as the Finnish economy is growing again. The spa is planned to be on two floors with total area of 6500-7000 square metres. SRV company is a leading builder of business premises in Finland, the Baltic countries and selected areas of Russia.
