Property management services are set for further growth, according to a new report by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and Kiinteistöpalvelut ry.
The sector currently employs 100,000 people in Finland and its importance is growing all the time, according to Tauno Maksniemi from Kiinteistöpalvelut ry. Maksniemi believes that the sector will create more jobs in the future because there will be an even stronger focus on the lifecycle of properties and especially on energy consumption. Energy consumption can be reduced significantly through property management, which is good news for professionals in this sector.
Kiinteistöpalvelut ry is an association with about 400 member companies offering a whole range of property management services, cleaning services, office services, and technical services.
