NAI Global enters Finland’s real estate market

The American real estate giant NAI Global has entered the Finnish market after signing the Finnish company Polar Premises Ltd, which will now operate as a new company called NAI Premises.

 According to Jeffrey M. Finn, CEO of NAI Global, NAI Premises will be working with local property investors, developers and letting companies, as well as the multinational companies. The American company already has 325 offices in 55 countries, with 5000 employees. Last year NAI Global’s total transactions were USD 45 billion and it was chosen as the fourth most respected brand in the real estate sector.

According to Eero Asikainen, Business Director at NAI Premises, “Participation in the NAI Global network will enable us to better serve our local and international clients and become the leading player in the market.” The company’s Finnish clients include Clas Ohlson, construction companies Palmberg and SRV, Rautakirja and renor.
